Birmingham Yoga

The mission of  Birmingham Yoga is to support, nurture and strengthen the Birmingham yoga community through teacher training opportunities and multi-level workshops, networking with area studios and serving as a source of information for area students in search of studio-based training and area classes.

We invite and host talented yoga teachers from a variety of yoga approaches, traditions and schools for workshops and intensives in Birmingham.

Birmingham Yoga is a “studio without walls”.  In addition to the workshops and events organized and hosted by Birmingham Yoga, we invite yoga teachers and studios in and around the Birmingham area to introduce themselves to the community through this web site. We believe in providing information about the various traditions and schools of yoga in the area so that the individual seeking a teacher or class can be aware of their options.
